do small things with great love

Well hey all, it's been awhile :)

I guess this will be a massive life update, compressed into one short blog post!
Firstly, my trip to Costa Rica was incredible. God is so big, He did such amazing things with and through us while we were down there. Here's the video I put together so you can get a glimpse of what it was like!

I got home from Costa Rica, and enjoyed my last few weeks at home, working, and camping.
I got my first tattoo! Here's a picture, to give you an idea...

It says "one thing remains", meaning God's love, above all things. This was a significant lesson on my trip and since then, and it serves as a reminder that when all else fails, one thing remains.

Since August 27th, I've been at school, and I jumped right into things! And God has blessed me so much since then! I'll make a nice list for you...
1. I applied for and got 2 on campus jobs, one in the library and one in the design center
2. I tested out of Spanish, basically meaning I can focus more on core/major classes
3. I have a car and a bike this year=soo nice
4. Classes are going well!
5. I get to be a part of Missions Core Staff, a branch of the student ministries here-we are basically a team that helps pray for/advertise/fundraise for school trips. It's been a great experience thus far.
6. I get the best of both worlds, x5... A beautiful and mostly secluded campus, nearby small town-ness, big city Boston-ness, woods in my backyard, and the beach a few miles up the road :)

This year is going so well. God has been reminding and reassuring me that this is absolutely where He wants me to be. And when I start to doubt it, He does crazy awesome things, like paint an incredible sunset across the sky on a bike ride.
(pictured below)

I am humbled, excited, and so joyful.
Thanks to all the folks who keep me in their thoughts and prayers and love.
Now off to conquer some massive piles of work, and a bike ride :)
