the weekend [in review]

I suppose I'll start at the beginning!

Friday: E1E got all dressed up at 11pm to go to none other than IHOP. And I am quite the pancake enthusiast, so this was great. I also got some new glasses! Sporting them in the collage below

Saturday: Worked in the library, got some sweet treats from some wonderful people, and then I watched Star Wars for the first time ever! (Episodes 4 &5, on VHS) It was quite the experience!

Sunday: Went to church, hung out/laundry/attempted to clean/etc, and then got ready for My Tie! For those of you wondering, My Tie= E1E and our Bro Floor got all dolled up, and each girl drew a tie from a bag, and then we all went to dinner together! (The idea is that you have a "date" with that person, but our version just meant we would sit across from them at dinner). It proved to be much fun :)

And now, this Sunday evening, I sit next to a massive pile of laundry to fold, listening to some tunes (The Lighthouse And The Whaler, courtesy of Emily)

And here's a fun new twist, some goals! I have several-to complete the 30 Day Shred (oh Jillian...), to read more books, and to think more critically. Obviously not things to happen overnight, but I thought I'd share some things I will hopefully work on more in the months to come. 

And now, to put some new sheets on this bed, make myself a cup of tea, and take on these last 3 days before quad break :)
